Some time ago I posted about a trial about a man who raped and then stabbed a 9-year-old girl before left her to her death. Today, Daily Express published this story which excerpt I reproduce from [their website].Kota Kinabalu: A 31-year-old unemployed local was sentenced to death by hanging here Friday for murdering a nine-year-old schoolgirl five years ago.
Jamaludin Saripudin was found guilty of killing Haserawati Sarioi @ Saridi between 7am and 8am on Jan 8, 2004 in the bushes on a hill slope near a road in Kampung Ratau, Tebobon, in Menggatal.
Jamaludin, who has four convictions for theft, is currently serving a 20-year jail sentence plus 24 strokes of the cane for raping the same girl at the same place and time.
In my previous post, he claimed he was under influence of drug. I commented that if the claim was true then all the drug dealers should be put to death. My feeling and thinking is still the same now.
I just read Clarice's post about people using rohypnol for date-rape crime. I commented the very same thing. Death sentence to the drug possessors (with ill intention) and the suppliers, or life prison if the possessors can supply information that may lead to the arrest of their supplier.
Ah, well, just ventilating my rage and most hated crime... You all (minus the drug dealers, murderers, rapers and other criminals) have a nice day.

I feel this rage trying to erupt from beneath looking at this piece of s***. 9 year old? Remember late Nurin? That piece of s*** still free & roaming around the neighbourhood here.
What's so difficult to catch drugs dealers (after all they are doing the dealings in public).No matter what the above piece of s*** claim (under influence of drug, my foot!),what he did was....totally...s*** i lost my words due to this rage :(

Most of the cases happen from the roots of drugs.. to me all the drug addict or dealer should be punished straight away.. why need a few pounds/kg to of canabis or whatever it is to determine what sentences to be given?...
Some make a mistake but most do it purposely..
sometimes,i wish you i could do a study of this kind of criminal, to dig deep into them to see who drives them to commit such a heinous act, to study about their childhood.

C.Alv.B: There's need for investigation &/@ charges (prosecutions 7 defence) since there's case of innocents being hang for the "sin" s/he didn't do... I agree with you that all drug dealers should be given the heaviest sentence...
eugene: Psychology (childhood or current) is only part of the picture, or sometime not related at all. Drug removes most of all the constrain any person have to certain extend, alcohol does too.
CathJ: Perhaps God loved the child more so He took her life; perhaps psycho was so sick that he did that; perhaps... *shrug* I'm at lost for words for this crime...
