That's why some psycho were able to do harm to the young children. Just read about the not so recent [news], Lee Li Xuan (may he rest in peace) was drowned because his grandpa could not pay RM300,000 loan from the shark; Nurin Jazlin (may she rest in peace) was abducted near her house, sexually assaulted, murdered and stuffed into a bag for no comprehensible reason at all [news]; many others but my hands are shaking from anger to put more...
